Vivian Blue Circle Lens Review {Klenspop Sponsored}~

Hello my cute winter bunnies~
Ahh sorry that I haven't written in a while! I was finishing up the school semester, and then I went to Boston for a few days, and then the holidays, so I haven't been able to write until now :x
Today I have a somewhat overdue circle lens review! As always, these were sent to me by Klenspop, (despite this, all opinions are my own). Klenspop is a fairly large online lens retailer, and I've only had good experiences with them, so I highly recommend them!

Today I'll be reviewing the Vivian Blue lenses.
To be quite honest, I've never had the best experiences with blue lenses, but if you read on, you will find that these surprised me!
Anyways, let's begin~
As you can see, these lenses are a mix of a variety of shades of blue, along with some flecks of grey and lighter brown for a less unnatural look~ These have a 15 mm diameter, with a 14.8 mm graphic diameter, which is quite a bit larger than what I normally wear! As such these look quite enlarging, which you'll see in later on photos~
These lenses are currently $18 USD on the Klenspop site, and have a 6 month shelf life. They're from the brand Vassen, which is one of the larger circle lens brands out there. I've owned a few lenses from them, and they've all been very nice quality!

Since these lenses have a fairly large lens diameter (at least, in comparison to what I usually wear), they look quite enlarging!

As you can see... these lenses are shockingly blue! I was so happy to see that they still appeared blue, even in dim lighting! I often have the problem that blue lenses look blue with flash or in intensely bright light, but that in dimmer light, they lose all color. These however, remain a lovely shade of sapphire blue. I think they're quite beautiful!
They're also really enlarging and eye emphasizing, so they're perfect for more intense eyemakeup/lashes for the perfect dolly eye look~

Here are some more sort of close up photos of the lenses. Looking back on these I should have worn falsies, to emphasize how beautiful and large these make my eyes look ^^"

Because of how large these lenses are, they actually go over onto the whites of my eyes, and create a light blue ring around my iris, which I think looks so pretty! And despite my natural eye color being hazel, I think these blend in quite well! The flecks of grey and light brown in the lens design keep these from looking too unnatural.

And as always, the obligatory selfies with these lenses~

Although these lenses aren't very strongly and unnaturally blue at a distance, you can still see the blue colour fairly well, especially when I'm not looking forward~

In regards to comfort, these are fairly comfortable! They're pretty much on-par with the rest of my lenses, and I felt no discomfort or dryness when wearing them. You might not want to wear these as long as you wear normal lenses though-- since the diameter is so large, it covers up more of your eye, thus depleting your eye of oxygen (and you don't want an eye infection!)

On the whole, I'm really happy with these lenses! They're not really an every-day-wear sort of lens for me (mostly because of how enlarging they are-- I feel a bit self conscious with big lenses when I go to school >< ), but they're really beautiful and I love getting the chance to wear them~
I really recommend these lenses  if you generally have the problem of lenses not being pigmented enough for you! I'm not sure how they would look on very dark eyes, but on my hazel eyes they looked quite pretty! I imagine they would be gorgeous on naturally blue or grey eyes as well, for an enlarging and colour enhancing effect~

I hope you found this review helpful! Once again I apologize for the long hiatus-- I'll try to post again more frequently, but I can't make any promises, since I'm going back to school next week ><
As always thank you so much for reading, and I'll see you in my next post!

Do you like my new signature? c: I figured it was time to change it, since I don't really go by 'Sakura' online anymore... ^^
