April Favourites + a very pale coordinate~

もしもし~
hi everyone!

Just a quick update today- I made a new YouTube video showcasing some of my April Favourites, in case you're interested!
I also put together a coordinate a few days ago, which I was going to post to my instagram... but it sort of turned out too washed out. I've had a very specific image that I want on my account on there, but it didn't really fit into it...
But, I might as well post it here, so that at least someone can see it, if you actually read this blog ^^
Although to be honest, since changing my url, my view count has dropped a lot... but I guess that was expected.
Anyways, though, outfit:
Cardigan: Nile Perch
Dress: Liz Lisa
Shoes: Ebay (probably? they were a gift so I'm not 100% certain)
Purse: Aliexpress

In any case, I hope you all have a nice week
Bye-bye~

Bunny 3 Color Blue Lens Review {Klenspop Sponsored} and New Video~

Hi guys!
Today I'll be reviewing another pair of lenses sent to me by Klenspop, who I highly recommend~ But if you've been reading my blog for any length of time, you already know that, so let's just get into it~

The lenses I'm reviewing today are the Bunny 3 color lenses in blue! These are a very natural looking pair of blue lenses without too much enlargement- perfect for an ordinary day look.
BUNNY 3COLOR BLUE
Diameter: 14.5 mm
Graphic Diameter: 13.3 mm
Shelf Life: 6 months
Water Content: 38%
Price: $18 USD
These lenses aren't just a stark blue, but they have a very nice design which makes them at least somewhat natural. The brownish ring of color in the middle makes them blend nicely with my natural eye color- I don't think that a lot of blue lenses are like this, so in that sense this pair is quite unique.
Unfortunately, like with most blue lenses, the design isn't super vivid from far away, but I think up close (and with flash) it looks quite nice!

It's always so much more vivid when using flash ;~;
I wore these lenses in a video I filmed today, and while my eyes don't necessarily look very blue at a distance, they do draw attention to my eyes without being excessively enlarging or vivid.
Really, my eyes just look sort of dark here

These lenses are quite comfortable, although I did find that they dried out my eyes a little bit more than some other pairs that I've worn. It's really not bad though, as long as you use eye drops every few hours.
On the whole I'm quite happy with these lenses! I'd recommend them definitely if you have lighter eyes.
On a related note, here's the video that I mentioned~ Now that I'm back home for the summer, I decided to assemble an athleisure inspired lookbook- please check if out if you're interested!

Anyways, thank you for reading!
Have a nice weekend~

Yet Another Jolse Haul~

Hi everyone~
Sorry for not posting super frequently- I just haven't had a ton of motivation for writing posts, and my January was super busy (I was working in a lab- which was wonderful)
Anyways, as usual, I ran out of a bunch of products at the exact same time, so I made another order from Jolse! Which, if you've been reading my blog for at least a few months, you'll know is the only place I buy Korean skincare and cosmetics from.
Anyways, let's start!
All the stuff I got!
An item that I ran out of a long time ago is my forever favorite Cloud 9 whitening cream (which I did a review of here) My mom also really likes this cream, and since we now live in different houses, we got 2~

I really really recommend this cream, if you're looking for a brightening base for your makeup (or even if you want to go makeup free, this is a great base to make you look fresher without the use of BB cream or whatever you use).

Next item that I ran out of was BB cream, and since my absolute favorite is the Lioele Triple the Solution BB cream, I decided to just get it. I also have a review of this, here!
I love this BB cream because it smells wonderful, it has lovely coverage without being heavy, it has a great texture, and you really don't need to use a lot of it to get a good effect. It's definitely my all-time favorite BB cream- the only thing I'd change about it is the price (which still isn't super expensive, but at around $20 USD, it's a bit pricey for my student budget).

I also ran out of my eyebrow pencil *cry*. I wasn't able to find the one I had before from Holika Holika, but I ended up getting another from Holika Holika which I like even more than that one, so I guess everything turned out for the best!

The thing I like about this eyebrow pencil is that it glides on really easily, but without being super duper heavy. I'm quite happy with it!

I also needed a powder (see, I meant it when I said that I had run out of everything). I got this one from Tony Moly~

This powder is transluscent (more or less), so I hoped it would have a very nice HD kind of gentle finish, but it's a bit too powdery for my taste so.... idk. It's a nice powder, but I don't think I'd repurchase it.

Anyways, that's all that I purchased... but oh my god they sent a ton of samples.
Look at all of them!!

Yep, that's all the samples I got from this single purchase. I'm impressed too haha xD But hey, I'm not complaining~

Anyways, that was everything that I got in my haul!
If you'd like, I also made a YouTube video discussing everything in a bit more detail (and some other asian skincare products)
Voila~

Sorry for not being a frequent poster- I'm much more active on my Instagram, which you can find here~ Follow me if you'd like! I'd appreciate it~

Anyways, thank you for reading! I'll see you in my next post, whenever that may be

Fresh Faced Makeup Tutorial~

Hi everyone~
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas (to those who celebrate)~ I'll have a post up about all the lovely things I got for the holidays in a little bit, but first, another makeup tutorial!
I want to do more of these in the future~ For this look I decided to go for a youthful, fresh-faced sort of look. I hope you like it!

I was trying to go for the sort of youthful look from the late 20th century~ The main points of the look are fluffy brows, minimal eye makeup, and a gentle flush. Here are some more photos!

You can't really see the makeup here, but I like how my hair looked~

Anyways, I hope you liked the video!
Thank you for reading/watching! ^.^

Aegyo Sal 2 Ways Kawaii Makeup Tutorial~

Hello~
I realize that it's been quite a while since I did my last makeup tutorial, so I decided to do a quick one ^.^
Aegyo sal is a makeup trend that originated in Korea, but it's slowly been spreading around the world. It's key point is that it emphasizes the tear-bag puffiness under ones eyes for a cute, slightly sleep deprived look. I think when done right, it draws a good amount of attention to the eyes, so I thought I'd do a tutorial for two different ways you can achieve the look~ One way is using the Etude House Dear Girls Cute Eye Maker (which is for the purpose of aegyo sal), and the other way is just by using some neutral eyeshadows (from the Naked Basics palette by Urban Decay)
I hope you like it! <3

And of course, what would a post be without an excessive amount of selfies?

Here are photos from the first method, using the Etude House product~

I think that this product creates a really subtle look that's a bit difficult to build up on. However, if you use actual eyeshadows, you can have a bit of a stronger color (or a lighter one, if that's what you choose)
Here are photos from the method with the neutral eyeshadows~
(Not sure why I have so many more photos of this look than the other.... oops)

Anyways, thank you so much for reading!

Christmas Tag~ 25(ish) Days of Christmas!

Ahhhhh, the holiday season is just so magical, in it?
I'm a bit late to be starting the 25 Days of Christmas/Blogmas, but I figure better late than never, eh?
I sort of just couldn't think of what to write about, but the lovely Jasmine from Minakei posted a list of 100 Christmas-themed posts so I figured I had no excuse to not post anything hehe~
I thought I'd do the 'Christmas Tag' c: Because questions about Christmas=yay!
I'm going to try to post everyday- maybe I'll succeed! No promises though, because I have finals this week ;~; After that I'm going home though, so yay!
Anyways, here's the video! I hope you like it! <3

That's all for today hehe~
