Before I get into today's post, let me just remind you to enter my circle lens giveaway! It ends very soon, so if you haven't entered yet now is the time! ^_^
Now, onto today's post!
I was sent a pair of lenses for review by the wonderful online shop Klenspop~ They carry lots of circle lenses, most of them for pretty cheap, so I highly recommend them! ^_^
Anyways, let's start with today's review!
The lenses I'll be reviewing today are the Sio 3 Color Lizzy Blue lenses!
As always, some info first about them~
Graphic Diameter: 13.6mm
Base Curve: 8.7mm
Shelf life: 6 months
Water Content: 45%
Note: These are more pricey than most other Klenspop lenses because they're made of silicone hydrogel, like the previous lenses I reviewed- but more on that later.
The lenses came as they always do from Klenspop, in a box, with a pair of lens tweezers and a circle lens container.
And, I actually took photos of the design not on my eyes! So here's that as well.
On the left is the front of the lens, and on the right is the lens reversed.
The design! I like how it has notes of purple, as well as blue.
And now, photos of the lenses when worn!
Window Lighting (sorta)
I'm wearing false eyelashes, but the lenses look good even without them ^_^
Window Lighting + Flash
And now onto excessive amounts of selfies, as usual~
And as usual, comments on the lenses~
I really like the design of these lenses and how they look on me! They're enlarging, but without being overwhelmingly enlarging, so I can wear them without a lot of eye makeup. The colors are also very pretty- I know they're supposed to be blue lenses, but they're sort of a blueish/purple color, and so most of the time they actually look dark purple on my eyes, rather than blue (I do like that, though~).
These are silicone hydrogel, so I expected them to be super comfy, like the previous silicone hydrogel lenses that I reviewed- but they're not quite the same. These are comfortable nonetheless, but the lens isn't quite as thin as the other ones I reviewed. I wore them for about six hours just fine, but then had to take them out. So, these might not be an everyday lens, but they're still quite good for wearing every so often ^.^
Overall, I'm quite happy with these lenses! I'm not going to wear them everyday- but I never wear any of my lenses for a long amount of consecutive days, so that's not saying too much.
Thank you once again to Klenspop for sending me these lenses for review!
And one quick thing before I leave, I've opened up a new blog! It'll sort of be my thoughts on life, my personal experiences- things that just don't really fit into this blog. Check it out if you're interested, and if you want a very candid view of my life at Life as a Blossom
Thank you for reading, and have a nice day!
