Art Update: Pastels~

Hi everyone~
Sorry that I'm not posting super frequently ;~;
I had Thanksgiving break, so I was at home, being unproductive hehe
I decided it was time for another art update! I have an art show/sale thingy tomorrow, so I'm really excited, and I decided to show you guys what I have for it (well, most of the stuff here is for the art show).
The medium is pastel pencils and charcoal c:

First, pastel galaxy skulls! I really love all of these :3

Human Skull
Goat Skull
Bobcat Skull
Chicken Skull
Warthog Skull
(Sorry that the exposure is weird on this one- I had to take the photo in my room's bad lighting)
Now, moving on to more random stuff that doesn't really fit in any category!

Breakfast foods... yum
Gila Monster Skull (Yep, it really is bumpy!)
Heart
Now, moths! The ones on tea stained backgrounds are actual moths- the others I just sort of conjured up.
Death's-Head Hawkmoth (Yep, this is the one from Silence of the Lambs!)
Luna Moth
Ceanothus Silkmoth
Promethea Silkmoth
"Nemo Moth"
"Garden Moth"
And now these are really big drawings that I'm not going to be selling at the art festival- the first two I sold, and the last one I'm keeping because I really like it~

"Forest Candies"
"Evil Eyes"
"On Guard"
So yep, that's everything! ^.^
Thank you for reading <3
What drawing is your favorite?

Shiro Cosmetics Indie Makeup Brand Review~

Hi!
Sorry that I haven't been posting as frequently as I usually do- I've been a bit preoccupied with school things and other things and it's sort of blah
But in any case, I decided to write a somewhat overdue review today of the online makeup shop Shiro Cosmetics! They carry a lot of cool 'nerdy' makeup- mostly eyeshadows, but also some lip and face products. I say 'nerdy' because the collections are like "Game of Thrones" or "Harry Potter".
I heard a lot of good things about this company, so I decided to buy myself some items~ I like them a lot, so I decided to write a review! Let's start~

The items arrived neatly packaged, and sealed with a sticker that has the shop's logo on it.

Here's everything I got!

I'll start with the full sized eyeshadows- I got 2~ They were $6 each, and you get 2 grams of product.

Wildflowers
This shadow is from the Hunger Games collection, and is a really pretty super sparkly pink. Because it's sparkly though, there's sometimes a bit of fallout, but it's not too bad if you use a good primer underneath, or one specially formulated for glittery eyeshadows.

Canine Help You?
I love this color so much! <3 Partially because animal crossing, partially because it's a really pretty color. It's mostly matte, but it does have a bit of a metallic look to it in certain lighting.
Mini sized shadows! These are $3.50 each, and contain 1 gram of product.
The Wandering Wizard and Master of Whisperers
The wandering wizard is from the Hobbit collection, and is a matte, ashy grey blue. Not much else to say about it I guess, hehe.
Master of Whisperers is amazing, ohmygosh. It's from the Game of Thrones collection, and I really wish I had gotten the full size... because ohmygosh. It looks light lilac, but has a really gorgeous gold sheen to it, and it's just the most perfect color ever. I am most definitely going to repurchase this when I run out- and I suspect I will run out soon given how much I'm using it.
They also kindly included two eyeshadow samples! ^.^
You Know Nothing and Alpaca Picnic
You Know Nothing is from the Game of Thrones collection, and is a really pretty sparkly, slightly blue white shimmery color. It's gorgeous as a highlighter- I quite like it!
Alpaca Picnic is, of course, from the Animal Crossing collection, and I love it so much <3 It's a really pretty metallic pinkish color, and it just looks so pretty! I might have to buy a bigger one when this runs out :3
And here are all the eyeshadows swatched on my arm~
From left to right:
Wildflowers, Canine Help You, Master of Whisperers, Wandering Wizard,  Alpaca Picnic, You Know Nothing
All of these are really pigmented, and I think they look very nice!

Next, I purchased a tinted lip balm, because they had Studio Ghibli inspired ones! I love Studio Ghibli films, so I just had to get the Kiki's Delivery Service themed one c: This was $5
A Girl and a Cat
The color of this is a quite pretty, sheer berry color. It smells of vanilla, and it melts really easily onto the lips (because of its low melting point, be careful not to leave it in a hot car or purse! It might melt!) The only complaint I have about this product is that it feels a bit grainy when I apply it- I'm not sure why that is. It's not much of a bother though~
Here's how it looks on my lips!
I've been loving darkish lip colors lately, so this is quite nice over a dark lipstick or lipliner~

Overall, I'm really happy with everything that I got from Shiro Cosmetics! The quality is great, everything is hand made, and I think it's very affordable given the quality! The only thing which I'm not a fan of is that the eyeshadows are loose- I myself prefer eyeshadows in pans, but I suppose you could do that yourself if you really wanted. I highly recommend this shop~
Thank you for reading!
Byes!

Magic-Eye Twister Black Lens Review, Electric Purple hair, and Get Ready With me {Sponsored}~

Helloooooo cuties~
Whoo, lots of things to write about today!
Over the weekend I tried to do a touch up for my taro- hair, but it turned out super electric purple. I decided to roll with it and film a get ready with me video for a sort of kawaii/grunge kind of look, so I'll post that at the end of this post!
For now, I'll begin with a review of the lenses, kindly sent to me for review by Klenspop~
Let's start!
Yep, that's my hair color! >u<
Today's lenses are the Magic-Eye Twister lenses in black~
The lenses came packaged as usual, in a cute box, with a circle lens case, as well as a pair of lens tweezers (which are really useful if you have long nails).

The design of these lenses is quite nice and simple- perfect for everyday wear I think!
And some basic lens info:
Diameter: 14.0mm
Graphic Diameter: 13.3mm
Base Curve: 8.6mm
Shelf Life: 6 months
Water Content: 38%
Manufacturer: Polytouch
Price: $18.00 USD
Here are some photos of how they look on my eyes~ I think these look quite natural on darkish eyes- I'd be curious too see how they are on light eyes!
In room lighting
In window lighting
With camera flash
Even with camera flash, these look quite natural, which I like about these lenses. You can wear them to just have a bit of emphasis on your eyes, without looking like a crazy bug eyed creature :3
And of course now, my favorite part, excessive selfies! I really like how these lenses look on my eyes so I took a lot of photos >u<

I used a filter that for some reason made the purples green... I do like this color though >u<

Before I dyed my hair~

Overall, I'm really happy with these lenses!
They're very comfy, and perfect for every-day wear. I highly recommend them!
And now on to my hair! I quite like the new color :3 Here's a close up of how it looked when dyed
I used the same hair dye as I did last time. It's very purple! It's fading to a more reddish-purple color, so it's lost some of those really pretty blueish tones, but I still think it's pretty.
Because my hair was so different, I decided to do a get ready with me sort of video, so I could experiment with some new makeup that could go with this look. I was going for a sort of kawaii-cyber-grunge kind of thing, and I'm not quite sure what I achieved, but that's ok, I still like it >u<
Here's the video! If you like what you see please subscribe to my YouTube, it would mean a lot to me ^_^
And a sort of photo of the makeup (though you can see it pretty well in all of the photos with the lenses)
It's nothing too intense, it's just a bit different from what I usually do c:

Anyways, thank you for reading!
Have a lovely day~
Byes!
