Lush UK Haul + Some Lush Kitchen Exclusives~

~Helloooooo~
Today I'll be writing about one of my favourite shops ever: Lush!
If you somehow haven't heard of Lush before, they carry handmade cosmetics/bath products that are ethically produced, and some of their products are even vegan!
Although they have a US site, I prefer to shop on the UK website, because
1. Due to the pound-dollar conversion rate right now, things end up much cheaper
2. They have the Lush Kitchen, which has a lot of exclusive limited-time items!
Luckily they ship internationally, so you don't have to bother with shopping services and all that jazz~
So, let's get into the things that I got!
Everything came securely packaged in a nice big cardboard box- I could smell everything before I even opened it!
They used a lot of biodegradable packing peanuts instead of plastic or paper packaging, which I thought was nice~
My main reason for ordering from Lush this time was to get birthday gifts for my mum, but I picked up some practical things for myself too, so I'll start with those~
I've been needing a new cleanser, so the first thing I got was the Angels on Bare Skin cleanser! I've heard a lot of good things about this face wash, so I've been wanting to try it out~
It smells like lavender and it has ground almonds to act as a gentle exfoliant, and in general it's supposed to be a gentle cleanser~ I've been using it for almost a week now, and I really like it!

I'm almost out of my Rub Rub Rub shower scrub, so I picked myself up another tub!

This was one of the first items I ever tried from Lush, and the scent is one of my favourites~ It has a very fresh and clean scent, and it reminds me a lot of the Sakura bath bomb (which was the first bath bomb I ever tried from them!) This scrub has a lot of sea salt in it, so it's great at exfoliating the body~ Supposedly you can use this as a shampoo too- the salt is supposed to be great for volume! I've never tried that though, I'll have to do so someday ^^

The last of the more 'practical' items: they also included two samples!
I asked for the Magical Moringa moisturizer, but I wasn't sure that they'd include it, but I was very happy that they did ^^ They also added on an Imperialis moisturizer~ I love how they're in teeny tiny adorable pots ;u; I've been using Imperialis lately and it's a very nice moisturizer! I use it in the morning and it keeps my skin nice and soft throughout the day, without it becoming too oily.

The last item that I got for myself is the Metamorphosis bath bomb!
This may be grey and boring looking on the inside, but once it starts to dissolve, it's supposed to turn orange, pink, yellow, and green! It has a very earthy and intoxicating scent (it's supposed to be black pepper and myrrh), and reminds me a lot of the Lord of Misrule bathbomb, which only comes out during the Halloween/Christmas season unfortunately ;^; This is a Lush kitchen exclusive~
Moving on to the gifts for my mum!
I won't go into as much detail for these ><

The Rose Jam Bubbleroon- smells like sweet wild roses (honestly my favourite fragrance from Lush)

The Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb- this is also the Rose Jam fragrance, just with a hint of lemon, I think? It's an exclusive for mother's day, I believe~

A French Kiss Bubble Bar- this one smells like lavender and rosemary, and it's honestly such a lovely fragrance~ I think Lush has carried this product for years!

Ylang Song Bombshell- another kitchen exclusive, it's supposed to smells like ylang ylang, roses, and neroli, but to me it just has a very fresh, slightly vegetal fragrance *shrug shrug* It might look boring on the outside, but the inside is lime green and full of flower petals!

And lastly~
The Furze Bath Oil! Another kitchen exclusive, this smells incredible ;; It has a really sweet and yummy but also floral scent; it sort of reminds me of the yuzu and cocoa butter bubbleroon, but with a more floral note to it? Regardless it's amazing ehehe ^^ I think bath oils were a fairly new addition to Lush; you just drop them in your bath and they slowly dissolve, releasing lots of nice skin-softening oils~
And here's a photo of everything together~
Overall, I'm really happy with everything I got ^^ Then again, everything that Lush makes is amazing, so getting their packages in the mail feels like Christmas hehe~
Thank you for reading! I hope you liked seeing the things I got~
Bye-bye!
What's your favourite Lush product?
