♡ Hazel Lucifer Ice II Circle Lens Review ♡

Hello my dears!
Today I return to you with another circle lens review, which as usual, is thanks to Klenspop! I get pretty much all of my lenses from them, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to get circle lenses from! They have a really big selection, and often have really good prices, so I'm sure you will be able to find something to suit the look you are looking for ♡
The lenses I will be reviewing today are the Lucifer Ice II Circle Lenses in the Hazel colour! I've actually owned and reviewed these lenses in the past, in both the grey and pink colours (though curiously, the pink ones had a different name, even though it was the same brand and the same design..?)
Anyways, let's begin!

I'm really fond of the design of the Lucifer Ice lenses! I think the sharp peaks of colour bring a lot of attention to the eyes, however I think they still manage to look (somewhat) natural!
These lenses are manufactured by the lens brand EOS, which is a fairly large and reputable Korean circle lens brand. These lenses currently retail for $18 USD on Klenspop, and they have a 6 month shelf life. The graphic diameter on these is 14 mm, which is large enough to give an enlarging effect, but not so large that you look like an alien! I've been gravitating towards larger lenses lately, so this sort of design really appeals to me~

With all that out of the way, let's get on to the most important part of any circle lens review: try on photos!
natural light

dim light

natural light + flash
I'm not sure whether its the lenses matching my eye colour very well, or whether they just aren't very pigmented, but I didn't find much of a colour change with these! Aside from the stark outline around my iris, and a few small darker peaks, these didn't do too much to my eye colour. This can be considered a good or a bad thing I suppose, based on the look you're going for! Personally I don't like lenses that very strongly change the color of my eye (especially when it comes to brown lenses, since I think having different shades of brown on my eyes looks odd), so I do like that these blend in with my iris to give a very sharp, but still natural look. Perhaps if someone had lighter eyes, these would look a bit more noticeable!
As usual with lenses, taking a photo with the camera flash on brings out the colours best. Here's a comparison between regular natural lighting, and then natural lighting with flash.

Overall, I quite like the design of these lenses! They enhance my eyes without looking too unnatural, and as such are quite wearable for the sort of look I go for on a daily basis.
Here are some full-face photos so you can see how they look from afar~

In regards to comfort, these are quite comfortable! I didn't experience any dryness or discomfort when using them, however since they do have a fairly large diameter, I wouldn't suggest wearing these for prolonged lengths of time. I generally put my lenses in in the morning, and take them out when I return from school, so I wear them for a maximum length of 7 hours.
Overall, I quite recommend these lenses!
I think the design is very pretty, and despite being somewhat enlarging, they don't look too unnatural. Although the colors blend in quite well with my eyes, the dark outer ring brings a nice look of definition and sharpness, bringing a lot of attention to the eyes. These are quite comfortable too, and are one of the pairs I wear most frequently out of all the lenses that I have! I hope to try more lenses from this series in the future, since the design is very pretty.

I hope you found this review helpful! Thank you once again to Klenspop for providing me the lenses to review ♡
Thank you so much for reading, and I will see you in my next post! ♡

♡ Vassen Vivian Green Lens Review

Hello everybunny!
Today I come to you with another circle lens review, and as usual, these were sent to me by the online circle lens retailer Klenspop! Klenspop has an amazing selection of lenses and I've always had great experiences working with them, so I highly recommend them! ♡
The lenses I'll be reviewing today are the Vivian Green (V3-06) lenses from the brand Vassen~
These lenses retail for $18 USD on the Klenspop site (a fairly typical price for circle lenses!) They have a shelf life of 6 months, and have a graphic diameter of 14.8 mm (a bit larger than what I typically wear!)
I think the design of these is so pretty! They feature a blend of a lot of different shades of green, for a more realistic look. Granted, these are still quite large, but I find that when lenses have a nice blend of colors, that they don't look quite as unnatural and alien as some lenses which are just a stark mix of color and black (although I love those sorts of lenses too! It just depends on the look I'm going for ^^" )
These came in typical circle lens vials, fairly usual, so I didn't take photos of the lenses.

Let's move on to the most important thing: How they look when worn!

ahh forgive my wonky-looking lashes ><

natural lighting

natural lighting + camera flash

dim lighting
I think these lenses look sooo pretty when worn..! The green colour is quite vivid, especially so in bright light! The thing I like about these lenses is that even in dimmer lighting, they're still evidently green! I also really like the 'halo' effect I get around my eyes when I wear them (since the graphic of the lens is larger than my natural iris, where it covers the white part of my eye it looks significantly brighter, which I think is such an ethereal look!)
Although these lenses are quite large, they do look more natural than other large lenses. They have a nice and natural blend of colors, that I think look beautiful with my hazel eyes~ In addition to that, the limbal ring isn't too thick on these, so they don't look too unnatural! I think these would look pretty on both dark and light eyes (although if you have very dark eyes, I'm not sure if they would show up very well, since the green isn't too opaque ^^" )
Also, these lenses look pretty with both heavy eye makeup (lashes, long eyeliner, and more!) but also with more natural eye makeup (although I've only shown myself wearing more eyemakeup here, I've also worn them a few times without lashes and they've looked just as pretty!)

These are also quite comfortable, and I didn't notice any dryness or discomfort. Larger lenses can often be a bit uncomfortable, but I didn't notice any issues with these (and I have fairly sensitive eyes...)

I think that's all I have to say about these lenses, so now time for the photo spam of how they look when worn!

Overall, I really like these lenses! The design is quite pretty, and even in dimmer lighting they still look beautiful, green, and enlarging! They're comfortable too ♡ These have become one of my more often worn pairs of lenses, so I highly recommend them if you're looking for some new green circle lenses!
I hope you found this review helpful ♡
As always thank you so much for reading!
♡ Bye-bye ♡

Vivian Blue Circle Lens Review {Klenspop Sponsored}~

Hello my cute winter bunnies~
Ahh sorry that I haven't written in a while! I was finishing up the school semester, and then I went to Boston for a few days, and then the holidays, so I haven't been able to write until now :x
Today I have a somewhat overdue circle lens review! As always, these were sent to me by Klenspop, (despite this, all opinions are my own). Klenspop is a fairly large online lens retailer, and I've only had good experiences with them, so I highly recommend them!

Today I'll be reviewing the Vivian Blue lenses.
To be quite honest, I've never had the best experiences with blue lenses, but if you read on, you will find that these surprised me!
Anyways, let's begin~
As you can see, these lenses are a mix of a variety of shades of blue, along with some flecks of grey and lighter brown for a less unnatural look~ These have a 15 mm diameter, with a 14.8 mm graphic diameter, which is quite a bit larger than what I normally wear! As such these look quite enlarging, which you'll see in later on photos~
These lenses are currently $18 USD on the Klenspop site, and have a 6 month shelf life. They're from the brand Vassen, which is one of the larger circle lens brands out there. I've owned a few lenses from them, and they've all been very nice quality!

Since these lenses have a fairly large lens diameter (at least, in comparison to what I usually wear), they look quite enlarging!
window light

window light + flash

dim light
As you can see... these lenses are shockingly blue! I was so happy to see that they still appeared blue, even in dim lighting! I often have the problem that blue lenses look blue with flash or in intensely bright light, but that in dimmer light, they lose all color. These however, remain a lovely shade of sapphire blue. I think they're quite beautiful!
They're also really enlarging and eye emphasizing, so they're perfect for more intense eyemakeup/lashes for the perfect dolly eye look~

Here are some more sort of close up photos of the lenses. Looking back on these I should have worn falsies, to emphasize how beautiful and large these make my eyes look ^^"

Because of how large these lenses are, they actually go over onto the whites of my eyes, and create a light blue ring around my iris, which I think looks so pretty! And despite my natural eye color being hazel, I think these blend in quite well! The flecks of grey and light brown in the lens design keep these from looking too unnatural.

And as always, the obligatory selfies with these lenses~

Although these lenses aren't very strongly and unnaturally blue at a distance, you can still see the blue colour fairly well, especially when I'm not looking forward~

In regards to comfort, these are fairly comfortable! They're pretty much on-par with the rest of my lenses, and I felt no discomfort or dryness when wearing them. You might not want to wear these as long as you wear normal lenses though-- since the diameter is so large, it covers up more of your eye, thus depleting your eye of oxygen (and you don't want an eye infection!)

On the whole, I'm really happy with these lenses! They're not really an every-day-wear sort of lens for me (mostly because of how enlarging they are-- I feel a bit self conscious with big lenses when I go to school >< ), but they're really beautiful and I love getting the chance to wear them~
I really recommend these lenses  if you generally have the problem of lenses not being pigmented enough for you! I'm not sure how they would look on very dark eyes, but on my hazel eyes they looked quite pretty! I imagine they would be gorgeous on naturally blue or grey eyes as well, for an enlarging and colour enhancing effect~

I hope you found this review helpful! Once again I apologize for the long hiatus-- I'll try to post again more frequently, but I can't make any promises, since I'm going back to school next week ><
As always thank you so much for reading, and I'll see you in my next post!

Do you like my new signature? c: I figured it was time to change it, since I don't really go by 'Sakura' online anymore... ^^

Brianna Enviable Gray Lens Review {Klenspop Sponsored}~

Hello my sweet fairies <3
I feel like it's been so long since I last did a circle lens review!
Luckily, I recently (well, about a month or so ago, actually...) received two pairs of lenses from Klenspop to review! If you've been reading my blog for a while I'm sure you know about Klenspop-- they have a wonderful selection of lenses and I highly highly recommend them!
So, let's begin! ^^

The lenses I'm reviewing today are the Brianna Enviable Gray lenses, as you can probably tell from the title of this post!
ENVIABLE GRAY (BRIANNA)
These lenses are made by the brand "Lenspop" which, if I'm not mistaken, is Klenspop's own brand! They're currently $18 USD, and have a using period of about 6 months. These lenses have a graphic diameter of 14.6mm, which is quite a bit larger than I'm generally used to wearing! I really love the design of these, they remind me a lot of the "vassen kirei" series, although the limbal ring is much softer in these!
Here is how the lens design looks
I like that these lenses have a lot of different colours blended into them, and how the limbal ring is more of a dark grey colour rather than black-- this makes them look not quite as alien ^^
Here's how they look when worn!
Natural lighting

With flash (sorry for being mid-blink!)
And of course, some close-ups too~

I think the design of these lenses is so pretty! They're quite enlarging (more so than I'm used to, in any case), and I think because the colours are so light, they're very striking.
These lenses are also quite comfortable! I'm able to wear them all day without any discomfort, even though I have fairly sensitive eyes.
One thing about these lenses is that the lens itself is very soft, so they're a bit more challenging to put on, however not so much so that it's annoying (especially if you have experience wearing circle lenses-- but I can see how it would be difficult for a beginner!)
On the whole, I'm very happy with these lenses! They're definitely a pair that I'll be wearing frequently.
To finish up, some more worn photos~

I hope you found this review helpful! I really recommend these lenses if you're looking for an enlarging, but not too unnatural pair of grey lenses.
Thank you for reading!
Have a lovely lovely day~

For U Choco Lens Review {Klenspop Sponsored}~

Hello lovelies~
Today I have another circle lens review for you! As usual, these were sent to me by Klenspop- I highly recommend them for your circle lens needs! They have a really nice selection of lenses, and their prices are quite comparable to other online lens shops~
So, let's get started ^-^

The lenses I'll be reviewing today are the For-U Choco lenses! I actually don't have any brown lenses at the moment, so I decided to try these out because I quite liked the design.
FOR-U CHOCO
As always, here's some basic information about the lenses:
Diameter: 14.2 mm
Graphic Diameter: 13.9 mm
Shelf Life: 6 months
Water content: 40%
Brand: Geo
Price: $22 USD
The lenses came packaged in the usual vials that lenses come in~
Just a small reminder that if you purchase from Klenspop, you'll need to buy lens cases separately, since they don't include them anymore with their lenses >< However eBay has a lot of cute and cheap cases ^-^

I got these lenses because I thought they would look quite natural due to the small graphic diameter and the relatively simple design, but they actually look quite striking on my eyes!
The limbal ring on these lenses is darker in real life than it appears on the stock photo, so it makes my eyes really stand out! I do like how seamlessly the rest of the design blends in with my eyes though, even if the outer rim is much more striking.
Here are more photos, in different lighting conditions.

dim light
Although the colour and design aren't as noticeable in dim lighting, the enlarging factor is still there! But on the whole I think these lenses look quite lovely in all sorts of lighting ^^
And as always, some full face photos!

I really like how these look on my eyes! Although they weren't what I was expecting, they ended up still being really pretty ^^
As for comfort, I give these a 5/5! I didn't notice any dryness or irritation when I wore these all day, so I have no complaints~
On the whole, I really like and recommend these lenses! If you have very dark eyes I'm not sure how well they would show up, but if you have hazel/light brown eyes they'll bring another level of dimension to your eye color~ I think they would also look very interesting on blue or grey eyes!
Thank you for reading, I hope you found this review helpful!
ばいばい!
